The work consists of task orders for new construction and renovation primarily by design-bid-build or secondarily by design-build of general building construction at various locations. The majority of work is be located within the state of Colorado, and the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. Projects awarded under this contract include: commercial additions, major renovation, tenant finish, and repair and alterations.
